Class Procedures & Prices for 2023-2024
Enrollment
- Create an account on our Parent Portal by clicking the big blue button at the top of any page!
- Enrollment is ongoing during the school-year. Once you enroll, you will stay in your preferred class time until you unenroll, or we reach the end of the school-year
- You may enroll or un-enroll at any time via email or the Parent Portal
- We do not offer credits nor refunds for missed classes
- May enroll no more than 14 days prior to desired start date
- Transfers and make-up classes are also possible with help from our team
Unenrollment
- Unenrollment must be submitted via the Parent Portal or email
- Tuition is non-refundable after the tuition due date (see due dates in table below)
- We do not offer credits nor refunds for missed classes
- We can credit your Parent Portal account for future classes when given notice of drop date 48 hours or more before next class time
- If you drop, you surrender your class spot & we cannot guarantee re-enrollment in the same class day and time.
We do not offer credits or refunds for missed classes.
We offer make-up classes as a courtesy for missed classes.
Payment Procedures
- Due on the 1st day of the month in 2023 and 15th day in 2024
- An e-statement will be sent to your provided email 10-14 days before tuition due date (see due dates below)
- Tuition is based on a 9 month school year and holidays/breaks are not included - you're always paying for a 4 class period that has been predetermined (see table below.)
- Direct-debit is available with Auto-pay! Add a card on file to your account and check the box to authorize it.
- Unenrollment is required by email or Parent Portal to stop Auto-Pay
- We cannot refund tuition after the tuition due date.
- We do not offer credits or refunds for missed classes. Please plan accordingly.
Make-up Classes
- Please contact us when you miss a class to receive a make-up token. They are not applied automatically.
- Make-up tokens can be saved and redeemed at a later date from the Parent Portal (see FAQ page for help)
- May redeem one make-up per student at a time
- Must be actively enrolled to redeem, cannot be scheduled for after drop date
- Please redeem in advance via email, front desk, or the Parent Portal; please no drop-ins
- No limit to # of tokens issued, but the ability to redeem is based on availability and not guaranteed
- Expires upon un-enrollment from the program or end of enrollment period (school-year or summer session)
- Make-up tokens have no monetary value. We cannot offer credit for unused make-ups. Please plan accordingly.
What to Wear & Bring
Please wear and bring:
- Gymnasts may wear tucked in T-shirts and shorts OR Leotard/Biketards.
- Ninja students may wear the prescribed uniform from NinjaZone.
- Hair should be pulled neatly and securely away from the face so that it stays up
- All students should go bare foot or wear grippy socks
- All students should bring a water bottle!
Please do not wear or bring:
- Clothes that are ill-fitting, baggy, or that are made with unyielding fabric like denim
- Footed tights
- Chewing gum
- Dangling jewelry or large hair ornaments that could pose a safety hazard.
- This facility's staff will not be responsible for ANY items that may be lost or stolen. Be sure your student's personal items are marked with their name or just keep them home!
Arrival & Pick-up
Arrival:
- Please arrive between 5- 10 minutes before your child's scheduled class time.
- Please take into consideration that our students may include young children. Please drive slowly and carefully.
- Please check in at the front desk by telling our staff your child's name for attendance.
Pick-Up:
- Please pick up your student on time.
- Please inform us if you know you will be late picking up your student.
- Instruct your student to wait inside the building and escort them from the building to your car.
During peak times, the parking lot is crowded.
Do not take a chance on your student running to and from your car.
Pricing
Family Annual Membership Fee: $35*
All families will be charged an anniversary fee. This fee is good for one year. This Allows KJ’s to offer our classes at a discounted rate for members & Members get discounts on many of our programs including PNOs, Birthday Parties, and exclusive access to events like Skill Clinics, in-house ROC competitions & Ninja Games

***Special Tuition Discounts***
Sibling discounts! All 2nd, 3rd, 4th etc. tuitions for your immediate family are discounted 20%! Discounts applied to tuition(s) of lesser amounts.
Multi-class Discounts! Does your child want to attend 2x/week or more? Students receive 25% off additional class(es) of lesser amount!
