Class Procedures & Prices for 2024-2025
Enrollment
- School-year enrollment is ongoing. After you enroll, you will stay enrolled in your class time until you give us notice of your unenrollment in the proper form, as described below.
- You may enroll or un-enroll at any time via email or the Parent Portal.
- Each class has a limited # of spaces based on our small student-teacher ratios, and you are paying to hold your child’s spot in their class. Therefore, we do not offer credits nor refunds for missed classes
- May enroll no more than 10 days prior to desired start date once the school-year or summer session has begun.
- Transfers and make-up classes are also possible with help from the office team.

Unenrollment
- Unenrollment can be submitted at any time and must be submitted via the Parent Portal or in writing (email). Word of mouth, via parent or student, is not an acceptable form of notice, and even if given, you may still be subject to billing for the next tuition period until written notice is given.
- Tuition is non-refundable after the tuition due date. Dates are on our website and on your e-statement each month.
- We do not offer credits nor refunds for missed classes
- We can credit your Parent Portal account for future classes when given notice of drop date 48 hours or more before next class time
- Please note: You are responsible for payment for your student's classes WHETHER OR NOT YOUR STUDENT ATTENDS CLASS until the time you notify the staff VIA WRITTEN NOTICE. Please do not rely on your student to verbally let us know that he/she will no longer be attending classes. If you know you will need to drop from a class, plan ahead to avoid paying for classes you cannot attend.
- If you drop, you surrender your class spot & we cannot guarantee re-enrollment in the same class day and time.
We do not offer credits or refunds for missed classes.
We offer make-up classes as a courtesy for missed classes.
Payment Procedures
- Due on the 1st day of the month in 2024 and 12th day in 2025 (See tuition due date schedule on our website, under Class Procedures & Pricing)
- Tuition is based on a 9 month school year and holidays/instructional breaks are not included - you're always paying for a 4 class period.
- Payment may be made with cash, check, or credit card via the front desk, or online via our Parent Portal.
- Direct-debit is available with Auto-pay! Add a card on file to your Portal account
- Unenrollment is required by email or Parent Portal to stop Auto-Pay.
- Tuition is non-refundable after the tuition due date has passed.
Make-up Classes
- Please contact us when you miss a class to receive a make-up token
- Make-up tokens can be saved and redeemed at a later date from the Parent Portal.
- Make-up tokens are not automatically applied to your account when you miss a class. You must contact us, before or after your child's absence, to have a token applied to your account. Then you can redeem the token at your leisure from your Portal account.
- May redeem one make-up per student at a time
- Must be actively enrolled to redeem, cannot be scheduled for after drop date
- Please redeem in advance via email, front desk, or the Parent Portal; please no drop-ins
- No limit to # of tokens issued, but the ability to redeem is based on availability and not guaranteed
- Tokens expire upon unenrollment from the program or end of school-year
- Make-up tokens have no monetary value. We cannot offer credit for unused make-ups
What to Wear & Bring
- Gymnasts may wear tucked in T-shirts and shorts OR Leotard/Biketards. Ninja students may wear the prescribed uniform from NinjaZone.
- Clothes that are too baggy or that are made with unyielding fabric like denim are not recommended.
- No chewing gum.
- No dangling jewelry.
- Hair should be pulled neatly and securely away from the face so that it stays up for the entire workout.
- Students should avoid wearing bows or other large hair ornaments that may cause discomfort during activity.
- All students will go barefoot during class or wear grippy socks (with a rubberized grip on the soles).
- Personal items and water bottles should be left in cubby holes.
- This facility's staff will not be responsible for ANY items that may be lost or stolen. Be sure your student's personal items are marked with their name or just keep them home!
Arrival & Pick-up
- Please arrive with enough time to check in at the front desk (5-10 minutes early), in consideration that during peak hours, the front desk may be busy.
- Please pick up your student on time.
- Please inform us if you know you will be late picking up your student. Instruct your student to wait inside the building and you should escort them from the building to your car.
- During peak times the parking lot is crowded. Please take into consideration that our students and other guests include young children. Please drive slowly and carefully. Do not take a chance on your student running to and from your car.
Pricing
Family Annual Membership Fee: $35*
All families will be charged an anniversary fee. This fee is good for one year. This Allows KJ’s to offer our classes at a discounted rate for members & Members get discounts on many of our programs including PNOs, Birthday Parties, and exclusive access to events like Skill Clinics, in-house ROC competitions & Ninja Games

Sibling discounts! All 2nd, 3rd, 4th etc. tuitions for your immediate family are discounted 20%! Discounts applied to tuition(s) of lesser amounts.
Multi-class Discounts! Does your child want to attend 2x/week or more? Students receive 25% off additional class(es) of lesser amount!
